This means it is sold to you as a service; the license you pay for gives you the right to use it, and the publisher commits to its proper functioning.

Upon registration, you automatically receive a one-month free trial to ensure the product meets your needs.

During this period, you can use all features without limitation (including technical support). Furthermore, no bank details will be requested from you.

Once your trial period has ended, the product must be renewed at your initiative if you wish to continue using the product. If you do not wish to do so, your account will automatically be set to read-only; your data will remain accessible, but you will no longer be able to add or modify any information.

Yet, this very important point is not addressed transparently by many SaaS solution providers. For our part, we are convinced that the data you entrust to us is what is most precious.

Technically, the hardware hosting ErgoApp    is located in the canton of Geneva in a secure data center. We chose it for its proximity in the event of technical intervention, as only our teams can access the equipment concerned.
We also perform several backups per day, distributed across different geographical locations.

To ensure with certainty that your data is not used in any way by an external entity, we refuse to outsource hosting tasks to third-party providers.
