Near-universal compatibility

ErgoApp    is a web-exclusive application developed in compliance with the HTML5 standard, meaning it works on any device with a recent web browser.

You can use it whether you have a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer, regardless of the operating system installed (Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows, MacOS, GNU/Linux…).

Lightweight

ErgoApp    is designed to be as efficient as possible.

It is developed entirely in-house to ensure we get exactly what we want, while maintaining the smallest possible energy footprint.
In practical terms, this provides smoothness and comfort when using the product, even without recent hardware and/or a high-performance internet connection.

Software ergonomics are also an important point for us.
Functions and information are designed to be accessible with minimal user interaction.

Patient record management

Each patient has a complete file including:

• their contact and personal information.
• their medical references (insurance, primary care physician, etc.).
• their medical conditions (currently being treated or completed).
• their medical history.
• the communication history they have had with you.
• a storage space for documents.
• tracking of their billing.

Cover Card

With the CoverCard system, quickly and accurately create patient files using only their CADA number (card number) or a card reader.

Calendar

Each healthcare professional has a personal calendar.
They can use it to schedule consultations or other types of appointments (absences, training, private...).
Their working hours can also be displayed on it.

To save time, you can copy/paste appointments via drag-and-drop, create recurring appointments, or use the appointment template system.

The calendar is available in iCal format, allowing it to be opened using software such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCal, or directly in the calendar app of your smartphone or tablet.

Administrative accounts also have a personal calendar but cannot schedule consultations.

An integrated mini-DMS

To allow you to gather all the elements necessary for your work in one place, you can link files to various items:

• The practice (visible to you and your collaborators)
• Your account (visible to you)
• The patient (visible to you and your collaborators)
• A pathology (visible to you and your collaborators)

We naturally recommend making full use of this feature to easily find your documents and to ensure they are properly backed up.

Billing

ErgoApp    currently allows you to bill your consultations according to the following rates:

• 001 (Acupuncture, Medicine, Radiology, Psychiatry)
• 311/312 (Physiotherapy)
• 317 (Biological analyses)
• 325/338 (Occupational Therapy)
• 581 TarPsy (Psychology)
• 590 (Complementary Medicines)
• LiMA

This list is not exhaustive and evolves based on the requests we receive.
You also have the option to create your own positions.

The application manages Swiss-QR xml4.5 paper and electronic billing via MediData, as well as the validation of payments via camt.054 files.

Billing is often cited as one of the software's strengths because it is very simple and fast.
Thanks to treatment tracking, you can see at a glance the status of your treatments: which are ongoing, which are to be billed, and which require follow-up...

When billing, ErgoApp    automatically selects the parameters to use (law, insurance, TP/TG/electronic, point value...). Billing inconsistencies are displayed and corrections are suggested: mix of office/home visits, whether the first consultation is billed or not, regulatory deadlines, ...

Copies of invoices can also be sent automatically to your patients.

Collaboration and Practice

The solution is designed for freelancers as well as partners and firms.

Starting from the "Therapist Plus" plan, you can link accounts to share patient files, share calendars, and enable group billing.
Role and permission management allows you to segment access based on your needs.

It is possible to create multiple agencies per practice and to have permanent staff in each, as well as "nomadic" staff.

Online appointment booking and automatic reminders

Starting with the "Therapist Plus" plan, patients can view your availability online and book appointments directly.
This appointment request can either become a booking that requires your approval or a directly confirmed consultation, depending on your preferences.

Depending on your preferences, SMS or email reminders can be sent to your patients the day before their appointments to prevent missed visits.

Centralized and bidirectional communication

With ErgoApp   , you can send SMS (provided you have the necessary credits) or emails to your patients.

These shipments can be automatic and linked to a specific event (sending a copy of an invoice, appointment reminder, etc.) or sent manually whenever you wish.

Message templates are available and customizable to reflect your brand and/or save you time.

Finally, patient responses can be sent directly to ErgoApp    or to your usual email inbox.

Teleconsultation

ErgoApp    allows you to schedule and conduct secure teleconsultations without any additional products.

Satisfaction Survey

This feature allows you to conduct a satisfaction survey with your patient following their consultation.
Saved results can be exported or tracked using the performance table integrated into ErgoApp   .

Several improvements for this feature are currently being considered.

Activity tracking and time logging

This feature, particularly useful for practices, allows you to track actions such as travel or consultation durations. It can also be used to track a collaborator's presence or working time for calculating their hours.

Activity tracking also allows you to track the mileage covered during home visits.

Statistics and reports

ErgoApp    provides a set of reports, charts, and data to easily track various indicators of your business.
